Russian airguns were not exactly well-known, so people were a bit leery to try this newcomer. It wasn't long before entire 10-meter shooting clubs had switched to this airgun!

The features on this gun are truly astounding. Besides the match barrel mentioned before, you also have a wood grip with an adjustable palm shelf that goes up and down to suit your preference. If you decide to shoot 10-meter competition in addition to silhouette, you can remove the red dot sight and use the post front sight and the fully adjustable rear sight. The two-stage trigger is fully adjustable for first-stage travel (creep) and overtravel and second-stage pull-weight. The extra-long cocking stroke gives improved leverage and can be easily worked by younger shooters (with adult supervision).

Another important feature is the ability to dry-fire the IZH 46M. Competitors don't always shoot pellets; they often dry-fire their guns in order to improve their hold and trigger control. Whether you plan to compete or just like shooting in the basement, this gun is made for you!
